Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- a replacement where agreed;
- waiting for the product to become available;
- cancellation and refund of the unavailable item.
8. PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise indicated.
Option A:
Prices include all applicable taxes.
Option B:
VAT not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Shipping charges and any other applicable costs are displayed before the customer confirms payment.
We may change prices at any time, but the price charged for an order is the price displayed when the order is confirmed.
9. PAYMENT
Payment is due when the order is placed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include payment cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment methods supported by Shopify and its payment partners.
Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on our own servers.
If payment is refused, cancelled or cannot be authorized, the order will not be processed.
10. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
After an order is placed, the customer normally receives an electronic confirmation.
The order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not prevent us from cancelling the order where there is:
- a payment failure;
- suspected fraud;
- an obvious pricing error;
- product unavailability;
- an incorrect or undeliverable address;
- an order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping conditions, processing times, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where applicable.
